Logging In

In order to access most of the Self-Service features, you must log in.

1.	If you already HAVE a Self-Service account, skip to step 3.

2.	If you do NOT have a Self-Service account, follow the appropriate instructions.

Have an Active Directory account

Follow the instructions for Using Your Active Directory Account to Log In.

Have an IQ.Web account

Is the Transfer IQ.Web Account link displayed on the Login window?

•	If the Transfer IQ.Web Account link is displayed, follow the instructions for Using Your IQ.Web Account to Log In.

•	If the Transfer IQ.Web Account link is NOT displayed BUT the Request Account link is displayed, follow the instructions for Requesting an Account.

•	If NEITHER the Transfer IQ.Web Account link nor the Request Account link is displayed on the Login window, ask the System Administrator to create a Self-Service account for you.

Do NOT have an Active Directory or IQ.Web account

Is the Request Account link displayed on the Login window?

•	If the Request Account link is displayed, follow the instructions for Requesting an Account.

•	If the Request Account link is NOT displayed, ask the System Administrator to create a Self-Service account for you.

3.	In the Login window, enter your Self-Service User Name.

4.	Enter your Password. If You Forget Your Password, a new password will be e-mailed to you after you correctly answer your security question.

5.	Select Log In.
